If you’re looking for some French flavor, visit Puducherry in Tamil Nadu on the East Coast. Further south, but not part of India is Sri Lanka, voted as a top destination to visit in 2013. If it is hustle and bustle you want, then of course Mumbai, Delhi, Goa are some of the lively and happening cities in India.
