As we come to the dusk of 2024 and begin the dawn of 2025, we thank all our stakeholders, partners, colleagues, travelers and most of all our amazing community of loyal customers globally. You have all made 2024 another year of service with a smile, learning for our teams and given us even more passion for travel and tourism.
2024 is yet another year towards recovery, gratitude and growth. We have seen markets grow this year with bleisure travel and tourism being promoted globally and new products that are innovative coming out in our industry that makes us all realise to stay current and support growth we must also evolve with our change. Technology and AI is starting to play a big role in travel and tourism and we support it as it not only helps the reach get stronger by reaching a wider audience but also enhances our own product base if you we allow it. Change is inevitable and in order to grow we need to empower ourselves to learn and evolve with it.

Thanks to Aparna and team, we had an incredible trip to Rwanda to see the gorillas. Aparna was so easy to work with from start to finish of our trip planning. Even when we had a last minute unexpected change of plans, the Rickshaw team helped us to rebook so we could still enjoy the trek. Our guide Tim was simply the best. His English was impeccable and knowledge of all aspects of Rwanda and the gorillas was vast.
