HELLO 2026!

As we end another year and begin our journey into 2026, we would like to thank every one of our clients for their loyalty and support during this last 38 years as we keep moving forward. Our commitment to our suppliers and clients are only made possible with the most unique blend of our amazing team members. We have had the privilege to have a diverse and strong team with passion for our industry in not just travel management but tourism and destination management. Our guides in East Africa have worked so hard to show commitment to what we promote with ethics, principle and we commend them every day. Our teams on operations, sales, finance, HR, admin and general over seeing our environments have been exemplary with their efforts to showcase our service standards.

This year we have grown our small family into the UAE and our team there and the UK have really exceeded expectations with client service standards. We are humbled and honored to have the team that we have.

As I myself have served in this industry for almost 50 years now I look back to reminisce how things have evolved and I find that adaptability and change are not just a choice but a necessity in today's climate. We must empower each other, learn and gain exposure through travel to push our own boundaries.

We wish everyone a prosperous, happy healthy 2026 full of light. Don’t forget to start planning your next trip😊

East and Southern Africa, in particular, are emerging as leaders of this shift, offering experiences that blend wildlife, culture, and community in ways that feel personal, ethical, and enduring.

A Truly Unforgettable Multi-Stop Safari & Zanzibar Experience

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar, all expertly organised by Rickshaw Travel. The Tanzania leg was a multi-stop safari adventure, and Bhavin from the team tailor-made the entire itinerary to suit our needs. He was fantastic – making sure everything stayed within our budget and offering a range of hotel options so we could choose what worked best for us. One of the highlights of our trip was a last-minute addition: a balloon safari over the Serengeti, which I would highly recommend to anyone considering it. It was 100% a once-in-a-lifetime experience – breathtaking views and something we’ll never forget. The support we received throughout was excellent. Even when I left something behind at one of the hotels, the team arranged for it to be delivered to our next stop – such thoughtful service. Our driver, Losserian, was outstanding – knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable – and made the journey even more enjoyable. We ended our trip with a relaxing stay at Gold Zanzibar Hotel, which was the perfect way to unwind after the safari. This was truly an unforgettable experience, and we’ll definitely be returning to Rickshaw Travel to plan more adventures in the future!
