Hi Pooja,
| I wanted to take a moment of time to recognize the team (Bhavin + Mitesh + Robbie) for how excellent of an experience we had with our early January Tanzania trip through Rickshaw.
| Ethiopian Airlines ended up losing out check in bags, with all of our clothes in it. Mitesh assured us that he would work on getting our bags and we should focus on enjoying our safari. He was right, without his help, we would have ruined our Tanzania vacation and our honeymoon on hold with Ethiopian Airlines customer support. Thankfully, Mitesh was able to use his professional network to get us help, above and beyond what we expected. We are very thankful for Mitesh and Rickshaw’s role in saving our trip. We were able to enjoy our Safari drives with minimal stress about our bags. And eventually, 4 days in we were able to get our lost bags airlifted to the where we were staying.
| I have nothing but positive things to say about how Mitesh handled the situation for us.
| In addition to the bag situation, Bhavin, Mitesh, and Robbie did an amazing job at making our trip personalized and feel special for our honeymoon, as well as Avanti’s birthday during the trip. All the accommodations chosen by Rickshaw were fantastic, in terms of location and hospitality.
