Here’s what we asked her:

What inspired you to work in the travel industry, and how did your journey with Rickshaw begin?
My passion for travel is driven by interest about different cultures and destinations, as well as the joy of helping others explore the world. My journey with Rickshaw has allowed me to grow professionally, especially in understanding client needs and delivering excellent, personalized service.

What is your most memorable travel experience so far, and why does it stand out? 
One of my most memorable experiences was visiting Mikumi National Park, where witnessing wildlife in its natural habitat was truly breathtaking. I also had a wonderful experience in Istanbul, exploring the metro system, the vibrant city life, and enjoying the scenic Pierre Loti Hill cable car ride. I have experience travelling on the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), which was smooth and enjoyable, as well as the ferry journey between Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, which was refreshing and memorable, especially enjoying the sea waves. These experiences have strengthened my passion and confidence in selling SGR and ferry services, as I can relate to them from personal experience and confidently recommend them to clients.

If you were planning a dream trip for a guest, what experience would you always include? 
I would always include an authentic and immersive experience—whether a safari, cultural interaction, or local cuisine—to create a deeper connection with the destination.

How do you bring the Rickshaw travel spirit into every client experience?
I focus on understanding each client’s preferences and ensuring everything is smooth, personalized, and memorable, with strong attention to detail and genuine care.

What destination or experience is next on your personal travel wish list—and why?
My next dream destination is Dubai, where I hope to experience a desert safari and enjoy its unique landscapes and activities.
