What inspired you to work in the travel industry, and how did your journey with Rickshaw begin?
I have always been fascinated by how travel brings people together and creates unforgettable memories. Even though I work in the finance department, being part of the travel industry allows me to contribute behind the scenes to experiences that make people happy. My journey with Rickshaw Travels began with a passion for teamwork, growth, and being part of a company that values both its clients and employees.

What is your most memorable travel experience so far, and why does it stand out? 
One of my most memorable travel experiences has been discovering different cultures and meeting new people through travel. Every journey brings a unique experience, but what stands out the most is how travel creates lasting memories and opens your perspective to the world.

If you were planning a dream trip for a guest, what experience would you always include? 

I would always include a balance of adventure, culture, and relaxation. I believe the best trips are the ones where guests can explore local traditions, enjoy iconic attractions, and still have time to unwind and truly enjoy the destination at their own pace.

How do you bring the Rickshaw travel spirit into every client experience?
Even from the finance side, I believe every role contributes to the client journey. I always strive to be organized, supportive, and efficient so that operations run smoothly behind the scenes. At Rickshaw Travels, teamwork and dedication help create seamless experiences for our clients, and I’m proud to be part of that process.

What destination or experience is next on your personal travel wish list—and why?
My dream destinations are Malaysia and Singapore because of their beautiful blend of modern city life, diverse cultures, amazing food, and unique attractions. I would love to experience their vibrant atmosphere and explore everything these destinations have to offer.
