What inspired you to work in the travel industry, and how did your journey with Rickshaw begin?
I came into travel through tech — building systems and operational solutions that power real journeys. 
I joined Rickshaw on the development side and stayed because I love turning complexity into smooth travel experiences. And none of it works without my team — the real heroes behind the scenes.

What is your most memorable travel experience so far, and why does it stand out? 
Anywhere history comes alive. Walking through places you’ve only read about makes travel feel deeper — and unforgettable.
East African safaris— wildlife in the wild is unforgettable. Krabi’s islands were surreal, and travels through India and Sri Lanka, 
added culture and contrast to the journey.

If you were planning a dream trip for a guest, what experience would you always include? 
Something local and authentic — culture, food, real connection. That’s what turns a trip into a story.

How do you bring the Rickshaw travel spirit into every client experience?
By making sure both the tech and operations run seamlessly. When systems, processes, and people are aligned, service shines — and clients feel the difference.

What destination or experience is next on your personal travel wish list—and why?
History, stillness, and silence.  My next journeys will take me from biblical, ancient and historical sites to the remote beauty of Svalbard, Antarctica, the Himalayas, Ladakh, and Kashmir.
