Tell us something about you.
Very proudly an all-rounder, I started my career at a very early age with one clear dream—to become a travel expert. I came from a humble background with no family ties to the travel or tourism business, but that only fueled my determination. Every step forward was built on resilience and dedication.
My ultimate goal back then was simple yet powerful: to one day hold a business card with my name and title printed on it. With over 28 years in the industry, I achieved that dream far earlier than expected. Today, though, I prefer to see myself as “a man without a title”—because what matters most is not the position, but the impact I can create.

What is your biggest passion?
Without a doubt, my greatest passion is teaching best practices and encouraging strong ethics within the service industry. I genuinely enjoy sharing what I’ve learned over the years—passing on knowledge and shaping mindsets so that the next generation feels proud to be part of this dynamic industry.
