Passengers will be refused entry in Tanzania if not holding a negative SARS CoV-2 PCR test result (with QR code) conducted no more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Passengers traveling to Tanzania are required to complete the health surveillance form online, https://afyamsafiri.moh.go.tz/arrival/ and present Unique Health code (UHC) upon arriving in Tanzania at the health desk. The form can only be submitted within 24hrs before arrival and you MUST get the control number from the form online.  All travelers, whether foreigners or returning residents entering the United Republic of Tanzania, will be subjected to enhanced screening for COVID-19 infection including rapid tests. The cost for a rapid test is 25 USD per traveler, request you to please carry change.
