As of March 26, 2016, Ethiopian Airlines will start twice daily flights to Delhi, India on their latest B737-800 aircraft.  In the past year, Ethiopian has introduced service to Tokyo, Manila, Dublin, Los Angeles, Cape Town, Durban, Gaborone, Youndé and Goma.

Tewolde GebreMariam, the Group CEO said last week that the addition of the flight would have a paramount significance in strengthening the growing economic, political and social relationship of the two countries and in particular, the two continents in general.
