Kenya Airways' budget airline Jambojet has introduced three new routes on its local destinations. The airline will now fly to Lamu, Malindi and Ukunda from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, breathing new life to the hard hit tourism sector in the coast.
“By flying to these destinations, Jambojet will be hoping to tap the anticipated increase in traffic especially to Lamu where the government plans to construct a $5 billion (Sh455 billion) port,” said Jambojet CEO Willem Hondius.
