Located in the heart of Nairobi, the facilities and services at Kempinski The Spa is open not only for hotel guests but also for all residents of Nairobi.  The hotel also has 200 rooms and suites, banquet facilities and restaurants.

The 1,100 square-metre Kempinski The Spa features nine treatment rooms including two couples rooms, a relaxation area and lounge. Other facilities include an outdoor heated pool, a stylish steam room, Jacuzzi and traditional sauna.
