Latitude Hotel Group has partnered with Sanaabiz Investments Limited to develop and manage its first hotel in Tanzania—a highly exciting 80-room resort in the Kigamboni district of Dar es Salaam. The hotel will have a combination of rooms and two-bedroom apartments aimed at attracting not only tourists but also business travelers. This hotel is expected to be opened in 2028 following the start of the preliminary processes in 2026—a great milestone in the country’s hospitality industry.
