Aksaya Estates Limited has signed an agreement with Marriott International to bring the Courtyard by Marriott hotel brand to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (Nairobi). Scheduled to open in 2027, the new property will feature around 180 rooms and suites, two restaurants and bars, an expansive landscaped courtyard with fire-pit, a rooftop fitness centre, and an 18-metre swimming pool, along with indoor and outdoor event space. The development has secured a preliminary EDGE Advanced Certification for sustainable building. This will be the second Marriott-brand hotel owned and operated by Aksaya Estates in Kenya.
