The Zanzibella Hotel & Spa is set to open in Zanzibar, Tanzania in January 2022.

Located in Kiwenga – the north eastern part of Zanzibar – the hotel will initially open with 28 rooms, with additional rooms to be added later. The rooms will have either garden or ocean views.

There is also a family room available for those travelling with children.

Room categories are, respectively, a Deluxe Double Suite with a private balcony, king-sized bed, private bathroom and kitchenette and a Deluxe Double Suite with Ocean View with the same amenities, except for a terrace instead of a balcony.

The hotel offers a swimming pool, a bar, a sports area, restaurant and a spa.

Activities at the hotel include paddle boarding, cycling, kayaking or rowing (in a pontoon)  or having drinks by the pool bar, Upendo.
