The luxury Villa Verte – an extension of the adjacent Villa Maison Noir brand – will open in Hout Bay, Cape Town, in March. Surrounded by trees, Villa Verte will offer the same experience as Villa Maison Noir but in a slightly different package. “We hope that people will come to this magical place and feel like they are living in a tree house, with endless views of the mountains and nature all around them,” said Gray.
The new villa will echo the organic structure of Villa Maison Noir, which was based on the African ‘kraal’
