A photo showing a stunning view of Ol Doinyo Lengai, "Mountain of God" volcano located in the Gregory Rift, South Lake Natron within Arusha Region has been selected among the top 15 photos in the Wiki Loves Earth 2020 global photo challenge. It is the only image from Africa that made it to the top 15.

The iconic photo was taken by Tanzanian photographer Daniel Msirikale whose keen interest in nature photography continues to unearth and elevate some of the most remarkable landscapes in the country.
