Rotana has opened the 253-room Johari Rotana hotel, in Dar es Salaam, marking the company’s entrance into East Africa.

Guy Hutchinson, Acting CEO of Rotana, says the five-star hotel has the latest meeting and conference facilities and four dining venues.

Accommodation comprises 193 rooms and 60 furnished and serviced apartments. Johari Rotana features one of largest meeting and conference venues in Tanzania and has six additional meeting rooms with views of the waterfront, a business centre and ample parking for guests.

Guests have access to wellness and sports facilities, including an outdoor pool, gym with a boxing ring, sauna, steam and treatment rooms.
