RwandAir’s first flights between Kigali, Rwanda, and London, United Kingdom, took place on May 26. The Rwandan national carrier will operate three weekly flights from its hub, Kigali International Airport, to Gatwick International Airport, London, making it the airline’s first European route and second long haul route. The destination will be served by a new Airbus A330.
