South African Airways (SAA) has announced a significant increase in flight frequencies to key African destinations, effective November 2024, along with enhanced services to Mauritius and Perth. Starting in November, SAA will operate 12 weekly flights to Harare and Lusaka, and increase flights to Lagos and Accra to four times a week. Additionally, SAA will fly five times a week to Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo and increase domestic flights to Gqeberha to three times daily. Interim CEO Professor John Lamola emphasized the airline's commitment to strengthening its role in connecting Africa and supporting South Africa's economic growth through expanded air travel. From December, SAA will offer twice-daily flights to Mauritius and increase its Perth service to five times a week by January 2025. For more details, visit www.flysaa.com.
