Rabbi Avigdor Bokow and his team, including Mashgichim (supervisors ensuring kosher compliance), offer guidance in this culinary venture. The lodge's special kosher kitchen, sourced from Container Design Africa Ltd., owned by Jewish Israelis Tomer Gerichter and Rafael Hazan, is a 40ft container installation—the first of its kind in East Africa. Rooted in tradition and attention to detail, this initiative aligns seamlessly with the lodge's dedication to providing a holistic experience for guests.
