Uganda Airlines has finally resumed operations after an 18-year hiatus.
The inaugural flight to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport took off from Entebbe International Airport on August 27, with technical officers, government officials and media on board.
The airline’s first regional flights, which will be to Nairobi, Juba, Mombasa, Mogadishu and Kilimanjaro, are expected to start this year. The carrier will deploy the recently acquired Bombardier CRJ900s on the first regional routes
