To celebrate its official August 1, 2013 opening, the resort is offering a free night on bookings of five nights or more arriving after September 21 , 2013.

Mahali Mzuri is is situated within the Motorogi Conservancy in the Maasai Mara ecosystem of Kenya, about 150 miles due west of Nairobi. Because of its location, guests are promised a front row seat to the Great Migration between July and October as well as abundant game-viewing year-round.

The resort has 12 sleeper tents that can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests.
