As of December 5, fastjet will suspend three of its routes, those being Johannesburg-Victoria Falls, Dar es Salaam-Entebbe and Dar es Salaam-Nairobi.

Fastjet has apologized for the inconvenience and will issue full refunds to passengers who have already booked and paid for seats on these affected flights. Those passengers on the Johannesburg to Victoria Falls flight will be offered an alternative routing via Harare.

In a statement, fastjet said the specific routes were not commercially viable due to low passenger demand and the inefficient use of their aircraft.
