It’s another year, and we’re back. What better way to close the year than by spending time with the people who matter most — our senior citizens?

In the spirit of giving, we are once again supporting the Tushikamane Pamoja Foundation (TPF), a registered non-profit organisation on the Tanzanian mainland. It is the only foundation in Dar es Salaam dedicated to caring for the elderly. Tushikamane was established to address the lack of resources facing communities affected by poverty, working to gather and distribute essential household items to the most underserved.

This year, just like every year, we are calling on you to help us raise donations — either funds or in-kind contributions — to support vulnerable senior citizens with food and clothing. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference and brings comfort and joy to our elderly community members during the holiday season.

To participate in this campaign, you can purchase gifts through our offices. Your contribution will be used to buy essential items such as food, which will then be distributed to the elderly residents supported by TPF.

How to contribute:

•    Visit any of our offices
•    You will find Christmas trees adorned with gift-card ornaments, each showing a monetary value
•    Select any ornament card
•    Contribute the specified amount
