Qatar Airways is expanding its services to South Africa by increasing weekly flight frequencies to Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban (via Maputo) from February and March 2026. This enhancement will raise the total weekly flights between Doha and these South African gateways from 35 to 42, offering travellers greater flexibility and improved connectivity through Hamad International Airport to the airline’s global network of over 170 destinations. The decision responds to growing demand for both business and leisure travel between South Africa and key international markets.
