What inspired you to work in the travel industry, and how did your journey with Rickshaw begin?
Travel has always been more than just a profession for me—it’s a passion. The idea of helping people discover new places and create lifelong memories inspired me to join the industry. My journey with Rickshaw began with a shared vision of delivering authentic and seamless travel experiences, and it has been a rewarding journey ever since.

What is your most memorable travel experience so far, and why does it stand out? 
My trip to Switzerland stands out as one of my most memorable experiences. The breathtaking landscapes, serene lakes, and the sheer beauty of the mountains made it unforgettable. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration, and a reminder of why I love what I do.

If you were planning a dream trip for a guest, what experience would you always include? 
I would always include an experience that connects travelers with the essence of the destination—whether it’s scenic landscapes, cultural immersion, or a unique local activity. These are the moments that truly define a journey.

How do you bring the Rickshaw travel spirit into every client experience?
By listening closely to what clients want and going the extra mile to personalize their journeys. Attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine passion for service ensure that every trip reflects the Rickshaw standard.

What destination or experience is next on your personal travel wish list—and why?
The Amazon is at the top of my bucket list. It has always been a dream destination—rich in biodiversity, adventure, and untouched beauty. Exploring such a unique and powerful natural environment would be an incredible experience.
