Here’s what we asked her:

What inspired you to work in the travel industry, and how did your journey with Rickshaw begin?

I was inspired to work in the travel industry because I enjoy helping people travel and create memorable experiences. My journey with Rickshaw started when I joined the team, where I have gained experience in ticketing, bookings, and customer service. It has been a great opportunity to grow and support clients with their travel needs.

What is your most memorable travel experience so far, and why does it stand out? 

I love wildlife, and my Favorite experiences are exploring the amazing national parks in mainland Tanzania. However, my most memorable travel experience was visiting Zanzibar. Although I live in mainland Tanzania, Zanzibar felt like a completely different destination. Its beautiful beaches, rich history, and vibrant culture made the trip truly special. I enjoyed exploring the island, relaxing by the ocean, and experiencing the warm hospitality. It was an unforgettable experience that made me appreciate the beauty and diversity of my own country even more.

If you were planning a dream trip for a guest, what experience would you always include? 

I would always include a local cultural experience. I believe the best trips are those where guests can enjoy local food, meet local people, and learn about the destination's culture. to create a fun, comfortable, and memorable journey that every guest will enjoy and remember.

I bring the Rickshaw travel spirit into every client experience by providing personalized, reliable, and friendly service.

What destination or experience is next on your personal travel wish list—and why?
One destination at the top of my personal travel wish list is Makkah. Visiting the Holy City to perform Hajj is a lifelong dream and a deeply meaningful spiritual journey for me. It is a place of peace, reflection, and faith, and I hope to strengthen my relationship with Allah while seeking His mercy and blessings. This journey represents more than travel—it is an opportunity for spiritual growth, gratitude, and a deeper connection with my faith. I pray that Allah grants me the chance to perform Hajj and cherish this blessed experience for a lifetime.
