Here’s what we asked her:

What inspired you to work in the travel industry, and how did your journey with Rickshaw begin?
I have always been fascinated by travel, the idea that a journey can open your mind to new cultures, people and experiences. I started my journey with Rickshaw through my interest in the travel industry, and over time, it has grown into a career that I genuinely enjoy. I especially love being part of the process that turns someone’s travel plans into a real experience.

What is your most memorable travel experience so far, and why does it stand out? 
Singapore stands out for me. I loved how the city blends modernity, culture, incredible food and efficiency so effortlessly. There was always something to see or discover, and it reminded me why I love travelling in the first place; there is always more to learn beyond what we already know.

If you were planning a dream trip for a guest, what experience would you always include?
I would always include an experience that allows the guest to truly connect with the destination not just ticking attractions off a list. Good food, a little adventure, local culture and enough time to simply enjoy the moment. After all, the best trips are the ones you come back from with stories, not just photos.

How do you bring the Rickshaw travel spirit into every client experience?
By listening carefully and understanding what the client actually wants. Every traveller is different, so I try to make the experience as smooth, personal and stress-free as possible. For me, great service is not just about arranging the trip—it is about making the client feel confident that they are in good hands.

What destination or experience is next on your personal travel wish list—and why?
Monaco is definitely high on my list. I love the combination of stunning Mediterranean views, elegance, architecture and the vibrant atmosphere surrounding the Grand Prix. It feels like a destination where you can enjoy the finer side of travel while still having plenty to explore. I’d love to experience that for myself!
