The Southern African Development Community (SADC) has taken a major step towards the adoption of its long-anticipated UniVisa, a single tourist visa aimed at simplifying travel across the region. Following ministerial review and discussions at Africa’s Travel Indaba, the initiative is progressing through the regional approval process, with strong focus on improving border efficiency, air connectivity and boosting multi-country tourism across Southern Africa
